Quality and protection for you
We are one of the few providers in Germany to have been awarded the "ISO Certificate 27001 based on IT-Grundschutz" by the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) for our IT Network & Security Operations Centre. For companies that have high requirements for their data security and especially for authorities and security-managed companies, this is an important seal of approval for the quality of the monitoring services.
ISO 9001
The certificate covers the "development and provision of services, solutions and service models (consulting, installation, measurement technology, maintenance and operation) in the context of the connection of spatially separated data centres. In short: Everything we do is subject to certain standard requirements with ISO 9001, which we fulfil.
ISO 27001
This is about information security. For the certificate, it was checked whether the dacoso information security management system and the associated processes for providing our services and system developments meet the high ISO 27001 security standards: How reliably do we handle customer data? How do we ensure the operation of our systems and services? In addition to the dacoso services, the focus was also on staff training and the selection of suppliers from a security perspective.
