We've been working with both of them for quite some time: As MSSP we take over the operation of their solutions for finally safe and LogPoint, which we use in our NOC/SOC.
Now both companies have recognized their sympathy for each other and have entered into an official cooperation. For our customers, this brings advantages, as the solutions are now closely intertwined and ensure smooth security monitoring.

LogPoint and finally safe partners for comprehensive security monitoring
10.12.2018, Munich, Essen LogPoint, finally safe | Author: Herbert Wieler
LogPoint, provider of next-generation big data analysis and security information and event management (SIEM) software, and finally safe, provider of the Advanced Security Analytics Platform, announce their partnership. By integrating the traffic analysis software into SIEM, security managers will be able to monitor their security even more granularly. The solution from the two vendors is available through the relevant partner networks of the two manufacturers and thus 100 percent via the channel.
"We became aware of LogPoint because we were looking for a European SIEM solution, especially as it is the only solution that has EAL3+ certification," says Diego Sanchez, Head of Sales & Marketing at finally safe. "Together, we can now offer comprehensive security monitoring that uses only components "Made in Europe" and thus meets the requirements of our clients".
"With SIEM, we are already monitoring numerous areas of the IT infrastructure for suspicious behaviour via the large number of log sources, and finally safe is adding data traffic. Discussions with partners and customers at the it-sa security show also encourage us to work with technology partners also based in Europe to provide even better protection against modern cyber attacks," said Pascal Cronauer, Regional Director Central Europe at LogPoint.
The integration of finally safe in LogPoint was first presented to a larger audience at the it-sa trade show in October 2018. The joint sales activities include the fact that companies can also obtain the combined solution as a Managed Security Service through special partners.
