dacoso wins large order for fibre- and SAN- measurements
The dacoso services FOM (Fibre Optics Measurement Services) and SIS (SAN Investigation Services) have now been able to convince another DAX listed company.
Over a thousand fibers are going to be measured by the dacoso expert team in the coming weeks to determine and log the values for CD (chromatic dispersion) and PMD (polarization mode dispersion). This provides the customer with a reliable overview of the quality of their fibres.
In a second step a SAN performance analysis will be carried out over selected links. For this purpose, dacoso deploys its own specially designed dEGbox devices to drive the SAN links at full capacity. In this way reliable and technically qualitative results can be captured and analyzed in preparation for subsequent flawless cut-over to the production environment.
