dacoso cooperates with Bay Microsystems

dacoso GmbH and Bay Microsystems agreed to form a cooperation. dacoso is an independent systems integrator and specialist in security and connectivity, as well as measurement of communication channels. The partnership with Bay Microsystems allows dacoso to offer solutions that are based on the new generation of IBEX platforms by Bay Microsystems which uses the existing 4X InfiniBand QDR at 10 and 40 Gbps data rates to extend over any distance.

This allows the IBEx platforms to provide InfiniBand range extension over a variety of network infrastructures enabling IT managers to maintain protocol continuity beyond a single site to virtually anywhere around the globe without the need to modify existing applications or the local InfiniBand network.
